The room on the ground floor is awesome! It's like having my own little apartment. The living area is cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends. The separate bedroom gives privacy, and the additional room is a nice bonus. The bathroom with a shower is clean and modern. I felt so at home here as a casual traveler.

Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one on the first floor, but I know some people don't mind that.

This hotel is in a location that doesn't have many options. It's directly on the city square which makes it easy to access shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good with a varied selection. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The noise levels were quite high throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. the staff seemed inexperienced and unprepared for the needs of guests, which made for some frustrating interactions.

the wellness center at artis hotel & spa in zamosc was a true oasis of relaxation. from the caldarium to the sauna, snow cave, and indoor pool, i could truly unwind and escape the chaos of the city. the cozy gym and delicious cuisine were added bonuses, not to mention the friendly and helpful staff. the location was also convenient for quick access by car.

The breakfast was decent and the gym was quite good with machines for a full-body workout. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main road and a petrol station nearby. The view from the room was lovely too.

The housekeeping was not up to par as the toiletries in the bathroom were not replaced daily, the room was not cleaned properly and there was no kettle in the room, despite having been promised one. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and was only available in certain areas, such as the reception area or the restaurant.
